When you use Agendados, we may collect the following types of information.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Authentication provider information (Google or Apple login)

This information is used to create and manage your account.

Business Information You Provide

Agendados is a productivity tool that allows users to manage their work. The information you enter into the app may include:

• Client names
• Client phone numbers
• Client addresses
• Appointment details
• Service information
• Income and expense records
• Notes and other business data

This data is stored so that the app can provide its scheduling and business management functionality.

Device Information

We may collect limited technical information automatically, such as:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• App version
• Basic usage diagnostics

This information is used to improve the performance and reliability of the app.

The information collected is used to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Provide scheduling and client management features
• Display business analytics such as income, expenses, and reports
• Send appointment reminder notifications
• Improve the functionality and stability of the application

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

User data is stored securely using modern cloud infrastructure and authentication systems.

Agendados takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Agendados may use third-party services to operate the application, including but not limited to:

• Authentication providers (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In)
• Cloud infrastructure and database providers
• Push notification services
• Subscription and billing providers (such as RevenueCat)
• Error and crash reporting services (such as Sentry), which may receive technical diagnostic information when the app encounters a problem

These services may process limited data necessary to provide their functionality.

Each provider has its own privacy policy.

Agendados may send notifications such as:

• Appointment reminders
• System notifications related to the application

These notifications are generated based on the appointments and settings configured by the user.

All business data entered into Agendados belongs to the user.

Users are responsible for the information they enter into the app, including client contact information.

Your information is retained as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the services of the application.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, directly in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or through our account deletion request page. Deletion requested in-app starts a 14-day grace period during which your account stays fully active and the request can be cancelled from the same screen. If it is not cancelled, your account and all associated data (profile, clients, appointments, services, income and expense records) are permanently deleted once the 14 days have passed.

As a company registered in Colombia, Programantum S.A.S. processes personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decrees ("Habeas Data"). Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Know, update, and rectify your personal data
• Request proof of the authorization given for its processing
• Be informed about how your data has been used
• Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual limits
• Revoke your authorization for its processing, where applicable

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@agendados.app. If you are located outside Colombia, your local data protection laws may grant you additional rights, which we will honor to the extent they apply.

Agendados is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
