Terms and Conditions for Agendados

Agendados is a mobile application designed to help independent workers manage:

• Appointments
• Clients
• Services
• Income and expenses
• Business-related data

Agendados is a productivity and business management tool and does not act as a marketplace or intermediary between users and third parties.

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Agendados is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Upload or store harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App

Agendados allows users to store business-related data, including:

• Client information
• Contact details
• Appointment records
• Financial information

You are solely responsible for:

• The data you enter into the App
• Ensuring you have permission to store client data
• Complying with applicable data protection laws

Agendados does not verify the accuracy of user-provided data.

Agendados offers a monthly and an annual paid subscription plan ("Agendados Pro") that unlocks additional features beyond the free plan. The exact price and duration for your region are shown on the subscription screen before you purchase.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, or from within the app (Settings → Agendados Pro → Manage subscription)
• No refund is issued for the unused portion of a subscription period if you cancel mid-cycle

Agendados does not process payments or store payment card details directly — this is handled entirely by Apple, Google, and our subscription platform (RevenueCat).

Agendados may provide both free and paid features.

• Free users may have usage limits
• Paid users may access additional functionality

Features and limitations may change over time.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, directly in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or through our Data Deletion Request page.

A deletion requested in the app starts a 14-day grace period during which your account remains fully active and the request can be cancelled from the same screen. If not cancelled, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted once the 14 days have passed. Requests submitted through the web form are processed manually within a reasonable time frame.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical issues

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Agendados is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of business or income
• Errors in calculations or reports
• Decisions made based on information from the App

You use the App at your own risk.

The App may integrate with third-party services, including:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
• Google Maps or Waze
• Notification services
• Subscription platforms (e.g., RevenueCat)
• Error and crash reporting services (e.g., Sentry)

These services are governed by their own terms and policies.

All rights related to Agendados, including design, branding, and software, are owned by Programantum S.A.S.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify the App without permission
• Reverse engineer the App
• Use the App's branding without authorization

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior

Users may stop using the App at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App will be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
